We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Front Office Trainer to join our team at PDS Health. As a Regional Front Office Trainer, you will be responsible for training and onboarding front office staff for assigned regions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and developing a culture of excellence within the front office team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regional training sessions to ensure front office staff are knowledgeable about state and federal regulations, PDS best practices, and patient engagement protocols.
- Host training programs to implement best practices for front office staff, focusing on operational management, customer service, and compliance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to front office staff to improve performance and outcomes.
- Maintain strict compliance with state, federal, and other regulations, including OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, FEHA, DOL, and HR policies.
- Develop and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, adhering to company policies and standards.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Operational management knowledge of front office best practices and procedures.
- Experience in training and developing staff, with a focus on compliance and customer service.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
