Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the creation of high-quality baked products for our parks.
- Produce a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to enhance guest experiences.
- Follow and accurately measure recipes to maintain consistency.
- Mix, scale, and bake a diverse range of items.
- Set up and break down kitchen equipment as needed.
- Operate commercial kitchen machinery safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Adhere to safe work practices at all times.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues and guests.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous education in culinary arts is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in bakery production or deli settings.
- Familiarity with high-volume bakery operations.
- Energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
- Basic knife skills and cake decorating knowledge.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Understanding of food safety protocols, including COVID-19 guidelines.
- Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:
- This position involves extensive walking and standing throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
- Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperature extremes may occur.
