Job Overview

Crumbl Cookies | Millenia, FL is seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute recipes for a variety of sweet treats, including cookies, cakes, and pastries
  • Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to ensure consistency and quality
  • Decorate and display finished products to meet visual standards
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
Requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods
