Clinical Performance Nurse (CPN)

Responsibilities

The role of the CPN encompasses advocating for patient objectives, facilitating communication among the care team, and ensuring seamless continuity of care following discharge. You will work Monday through Friday, maintaining a keen focus on detail and clinical precision. Candidates with a BSN and relevant nursing experience are encouraged to consider this position.
