Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nursing professionals to provide patient care and support
- Collaborate with the Nursing Department Director/Manager to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN license in the State of New Mexico
- 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Works irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays
- Must be able to handle emergency situations and prolonged standing
