- High school diploma or equivalent, with medical terminology knowledge.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- One year of experience in a related healthcare field, with a strong focus on clinical practice and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
