Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to unit standards.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Current RN license in New Mexico or Compact state.
- BLS Certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
