* Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members
* Knowledge of current trends, materials, and technologies in commercial interior design
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant legislation
* Professional portfolio showcasing innovative design projects and 3D renderings
* Professional certification in Interior Design or a related field would be an asset
