We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director/VP of Sales to lead our Industrial Sales team in the California market.
Job OverviewAirswift is a leading computer manufacturing company headquartered in Taiwan, with operations in California, USA. We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and establishing key relationships with clients and stakeholders in the industrial control sector.
Market DevelopmentThis role requires deep knowledge of the California industrial landscape, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics. The incumbent will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve growth objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Sales Strategy and ExecutionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, developing processes, and metrics to optimize productivity. They will be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with high-value clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
Communication and Stakeholder EngagementThe Senior Sales Director/VP of Sales will serve as a key liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution. They will collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
Expertise in the U.S. and California MarketsLeveraging deep knowledge of the California industrial landscape, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics, this individual will build and maintain a strong network within the region, ensuring the company's presence as a trusted industry leader.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of success in industrial sales, with a strong network of clients.
- Experience in managing sales teams, building processes, and metrics to optimize productivity.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-Suites.
- Deep knowledge of the California industrial landscape, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
- Experience in the sales of Memory and Storage products in the Industrial Sector.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
