About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Robotics Coordinator at Lee's Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of robotic surgery services.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate service needs and develop strategies to improve quality, safety, and efficiency of care for the robotic surgery program.
  • Coordinate the preparation and use of robotics equipment and instrumentation for surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current MO RN license or multistate RN license with ability to obtain MO RN license within 90 days.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Previous experience in the OR and one year of DaVinci experience required.
  • Ability to work on call and report to LSMC within 30 minutes of call back.
