Robotics Coordinator RN

The Robotics Coordinator RN is a vital member of the surgical team at Lee's Summit Medical Center, responsible for coordinating the robotics service line to deliver high-quality surgical care. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the preparation and use of robotics for surgical procedures
- Plan and oversee the supply and equipment needs for robotic surgery
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of robotic procedures
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality of care
- Provide education and training to staff on robotic surgery procedures and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current MO RN license or multistate RN license with MO RN license obtained within 90 days
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification within 6 months
- Previous experience in the OR and one year of DaVinci experience required
- Ability to work on call and report to the hospital within 30 minutes
