Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle order entry and maintain data integrity within CRM/ERP systems.
  • Support the sales team in fulfilling orders, managing returns, warranty services, and repairs.
  • Process orders for materials or merchandise based on sales input or direct customer interaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer files, including sales contracts and pertinent information.
  • Provide pricing information, complete order documentation, and verify item quantities.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding order status, shipping timelines, pricing, product availability, and back orders.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in navigating CRM/ERP systems (experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP is highly desirable).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required; an Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
