Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory leadership for an assigned shift, including overseeing the work of security officers and ensuring that all security protocols are followed.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support to security officers as needed.
  • Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including law enforcement and emergency services, to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents.

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
  • One or more years of security experience, with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as criminal justice or security management.
  • Certification in security management or a related field.
