Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all operations staff are following all safety procedures for operations and equipment.
  • Oversee and provide training and technical assistance to all operations staff to ensure that all work instructions and best practices are being observed.
  • Identify and share any safety concerns with your Shift Supervisor immediately upon observation.
  • Perform quality control as required and instructed by the Production and Quality leaders and staff.
  • Ensure traceability of the product and its components through proper use of the Data Collection System.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of production experience.
  • Knowledge of process improvement, budgets, and production standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organization and time-management skills.
  • Hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning.
  • Ability to work flexible and/or rotating shifts.
