Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Technician at Kofile Technologies. As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our custom binders and presentation products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a glue machine and perform hand assembly of custom binders
  • Sew materials to create bound books
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate
  • Participate in initial training program and future training in other production processes
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work with different measuring devices (e.g. rulers)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours per shift)
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn new processes
  • Interest in long-term employment and taking pride in work
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
  • Enjoyment of hands-on and craft work
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
