About the RoleWe are seeking a senior recruiting leader to join our team and help drive the growth of our engineering recruiting function. This is a critical role that will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, and defense for all of humanity.
The successful candidate will have 12+ years of technical recruiting experience, with 7+ years of experience managing large recruiting teams at deeply technical organizations. They will be responsible for developing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, building and managing high-performing recruiting teams, and partnering with business and engineering leaders to deliver consistent results to the business.
We are looking for someone with exceptional client management skills, experience leading teams at high-growth companies, and a strong understanding of the autonomous systems, robotics, and automotive industries. What We OfferAt Applied Intuition, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Our salary range for this position is $217,000 - $265,000 USD annually, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off.
We are an in-office company, and we expect our employees to come into the office 5 days a week.
