The role will be responsible for the disassembly and reassembly of vehicles, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles prior to upfitting applications.
- Reassemble vehicles once upfitting applications are complete.
- Ensure vehicles are assembled and disassembled according to specifications and safety standards.
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.
- Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in vehicle assembly and disassembly.
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
