Jewelry Sales Professional

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building strong customer relationships, and have a passion for delivering exceptional sales experiences. With a minimum of two years of consultative sales experience, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products, driving sales growth and meeting customer needs.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, maximize sales performance, and deliver an unparalleled experience for every guest.
- Work towards personal goals while contributing to team goals and the overall success of the store.
- Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and provide feedback.
- At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits.
- Availability during evenings and weekends.
- High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Excellence in written and spoken English, with effective communication being key.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
