Ideal Candidate
We are in search of a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Manager to lead our efforts in expanding mental health services. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall performance and operations of a clinic with a team of 12-16 therapists.
- Recruit, hire, and train exceptional clinicians who align with our values.

- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Meet fiscal objectives and engage in marketing efforts to promote clinical services.
- Establish community partnerships and referral networks.
- Maintain a manageable caseload while leading clinic operations.
Qualifications
The ideal Clinical Manager will possess a master’s degree in behavioral health sciences or a related field from an accredited institution and hold a valid mental health professional license in the relevant state for a minimum of two years. Supervisor recognition is preferred.

- Providing training and administrative oversight to ensure clinic health and efficiency.
- Managing the hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of clinic therapists.
- Addressing concerns raised by clients and staff promptly.
- Implementing and communicating policies and procedures effectively.
- Collaborating with outreach and marketing teams to enhance clinic visibility.
- Maintaining a clinical caseload.
The Clinical Manager will play a vital role in the clinic's success and will receive a competitive salary along with a share of collections from their caseload.
