Breast Clinic Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breast Clinic Manager to join our team at Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all Breast Clinic staff and operations to ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all Breast Clinic staff and operations to ensure quality patient care.
  • Assist in compliance of OSHA and other regulatory standards and requirements.
  • Assist in determining staffing requirements of the Breast Clinic.
  • Screen and participate in interviews of applicants and orient and train staff.
  • Assist in the development, planning and direction of activities for the clinic.
  • Aid in programs, issues, and policies.
  • Recommend organization objectives to assure the maintenance of quality patient care and financial profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Nursing, Business, or related field required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge in the management of the physiologic and psychological effects of cancer diagnosis and subsequent treatment.
  • Surgical and/or oncology experience/knowledge required.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in clinical management; experience coordinating operations of practice preferred.
  • Two or more years of management/leadership experience within healthcare or related field highly desired.
