Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Knak Digital. Based in Dallas, Boston, McLean, or Jersey City offices, this role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

This position does not offer H1-B visa sponsorship or transfer options; candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform Infrastructure Delivery: As part of the IT Enterprise Product & Platform Engineering Team, you will drive infrastructure delivery and contribute to the development of commercially attractive and timely solutions.
  • Partner with Teams: You will work closely with various teams to provide high-quality solutions, partner with application teams to prioritize multiple projects, and lead design efforts for new Cloud technologies.
  • Design and Develop: Your responsibilities will include hands-on proof of concept work for cloud products, developing design diagrams and documentation for enterprise cloud adoption best practices, and managing relationships with application teams.
  • Disaster Recovery and Backup Strategies: You will design disaster recovery and backup strategies and shape standard enterprise cloud architecture offerings.
  • Risk and Control Processes: Aligning risk and control processes into daily responsibilities will also be part of your duties.

About You:

  • You should have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 years of related experience is required, including 5+ years in Cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • You should have expertise in cloud infrastructure components and networking, experience with AWS or Azure environments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps.
  • A strong understanding of public cloud infrastructure concepts, ability to evaluate and recommend new enterprise solutions, and proficiency in developing IaC using Terraform are essential skills for this role.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health and life insurance, pension/retirement benefits, paid time off, and personal/family care leaves. A flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work arrangement is also available.
