At PosiGen, we're passionate about making solar energy accessible to all. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers save money and reduce their environmental footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
  • Build a book of business through self-generated leads, including generating referrals, prospecting, and direct marketing
  • Leverage our proprietary referral app and incentives to jump-start your business
  • Attend company-provided appointments and help homeowners execute documents to maximize their savings
  • Maintain ongoing partnerships with customers, offering support throughout the installation and activation process
Requirements:
  • Positive energy, professional attitude, and high enthusiasm
  • Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
  • A no-fear attitude towards cold calling, networking, and lead-generating
  • Flexibility to work Saturday, evening, and holidays as needed
