Job Title: Developmental Disabilities Program Services Manager

At Martin Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Developmental Disabilities Program Services Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, salaried, and exempt position according to FLSA.

Job Summary

The Developmental Disabilities Program Services Manager will provide administrative and support services for the ADVP, PSR, Innovations Waiver, and CLFS programs on the main site as well as in the community. This role will supervise full-time and/or part-time staff working as CLFS Instructors, PSR Instructor, and Innovations Waiver Support Staff on the main site as well as in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain up-to-date Person-Centered Plans for program participants who do not have Care Coordinators (IPRS/State-funded service recipients) by collaborating with the client, their family/guardians, and support staff to document the client's status, needs, and develop objectives for the individual to work towards.
  2. Maintain accurate service records that meet agency, MCO/LME, Medicaid, and CARF standards. Provide copies of record information for agency monitoring/review by funding sources and CARF.
  3. Submit completed Person-Centered Plans and complete Treatment Authorization Requests to MCO/LME to ensure service availability and payment for services. Collaborate with the billing specialist to monitor billing claims and authorization approvals and denials.
  4. Participate in Quality Improvement Committee, Screening and Assessment Committee, and Risk Management/Safety Committee.
  5. Participate in Management meetings with other program managers to contribute to the creation and implementation of agency policies and procedures.
  6. Hire, discipline, and dismiss DD Services Support Staff with the Executive Director's approval.
  7. Review Day Support (monthly), ADVP (quarterly), PSR (monthly), and CLFS (monthly).
Requirements

The Developmental Disabilities Program Services Manager, QP must meet the state-mandated Qualified Professional qualifications. These include a high school diploma, or the equivalency, a four-year college degree (in a human service field is preferred), and a minimum of 2 years of experience, post-college, working directly with individuals (preferably adult population) with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and/or substance abuse issues. Must be computer literate and have good communication skills. Must have a driver's license and a good driving record. Must embrace the philosophies of normalization and person-centered programming.
