Position: Parenting Time Support Services Aide
Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt
General Description:
Under general supervision of the Program Director, provides parenting time supervision of assigned caseload, working with assigned Agency consumers, their families, and the foster families, gathering all required documentation, providing instructing regarding parenting activities, and assisting with treatment goals, in compliance with the requirements of the contract, applicable local, state, and federal regulatory and/or other accrediting agencies.
Reporting Relationships:
This position reports directly to the Parenting Time Support Services Coordinator.
Qualifications (required at time of offer):

- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience working with consumers in a social-services setting preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with "regular "business hours set by the Agency.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office and related applications or other IBM-compatible word processing program.
- Satisfaction of all employment eligibility and Agency hiring requirements.
- Coordinates or provides timely services and casework needs to all assigned Agency consumers, families, and foster families as required by Program-specific procedures, applicable contract terms, and/or applicable local, state, and federal regulatory and/or other accrediting agencies.
- Ensures accurate, professional, and timely completion of all required reports, logs, note, and other paperwork as required.
- Monitors and provides necessary services to Agency consumers, families, and foster families.
- Ensures accurate, professional, and timely completion of all Agency-required reports, paperwork, and filings.
- Attends, conducts, or participates in all case conferences, hearings, assessments, home visits, etc. as required.
- Immediately apprises the appropriate Agency personnel of any potential emergency situation (supervisor and/or Program Director).
- Provides other Agency-related duties as assigned.
