Maintains accurate membership records and files, receives logs, and safeguards membership information and program fees.
Provides exceptional customer service to club members, parents, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Manages club member data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of applications, fees, and membership cards.
Assists members with sign-in procedures, provides alternate methods for forgotten membership cards, and maintains attendance records.
Monitors phone and public address system use, responds to inquiries, and redirects questions to appropriate staff.
Collects membership, program, and special event fees, maintains financial logs, and safeguards all financial information.
Provides written information to parents and visitors about club programs and events, receives and routes mail, and performs other clerical duties as needed.
Participates in team efforts, attends staff meetings, and expands knowledge and skills through training opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of office practices and customer service
- Experience using office equipment and Microsoft Office software
- Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to multi-task
