Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager/Superintendent to oversee utility construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region and New England. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of construction experience, preferably in utility construction, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage utility construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications, best construction practices, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Provide direction to field personnel, assist with onboarding, discipline, and separation procedures, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Inspect sites and materials for quality, cleanliness, and safety, and engage customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Report to the administration any required paperwork, including daily reports, timesheets, incident and accident reporting, and receipts.
Requirements
  • At least ten years of construction experience, preferably in utility construction.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Vast experience managing civil, utility, and state projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of performing QA-QC audits.
  • Safety-focused and able to prioritize safety.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and shoulder a multitude of responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license (CDL-A preferred, but not required).
