Key Responsibilities:

As our selected Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Assisting residents in finding their ideal homes
  • Overseeing and mentoring property staff
  • Enforcing community guidelines and regulations
  • Conducting regular property evaluations
  • Enhancing the overall satisfaction of the community

To Succeed in This Role:

  • Experience in Manufactured Housing or Property Management is essential
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
  • Ability to make timely decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to reside on-site
  • Capability to identify improvement opportunities and propose enhancements for operational efficiency and profitability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with NetSuite/Manage America
  • Knowledge of manufactured housing
