Patient Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse at CarePartners, you will provide leadership and facilitate the delivery of professional comfort and well-being of patients in a facility or home setting. You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, and implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. You will implement medically prescribed interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and treatments to promote patient recovery and well-being.
- Required Education: Accredited RN Program
- Preferred Education: Associate Degree (2 year college or technical school)
- Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Compact license may apply, license should confirm with NCBON; BCLS
- Preferred License: National Certification in area
- Required Experience: None
- Preferred Experience: Prior facility or home care experience
