We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Roving Personal Banker to join our National Branch Network team. Key Responsibilities- Provide support across a variety of branch locations, ensuring seamless customer service and meeting business objectives.
- Be flexible and adaptable, navigating changing priorities and new surroundings while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Participate in delivering exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing suitable products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.
- Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
- Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs.
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships, providing personalized solutions to meet their financial goals.
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
