Job Title: Personal Banker/Support Specialist

At CNB Bank, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker/Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, supporting our Regional President, Regional Managers, and internal partners, and promoting our bank's philosophy of "See It, Own It, Solve It, and Find a Way to Say Yes."

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide enhanced client service by greeting and screening visitors and incoming calls, engaging in conversation, and uncovering opportunities for product and service recommendations.
  • Foster our culture by possessing a positive approach to managing change, demonstrating excellent communication skills, and being the source of outstanding client and employee experiences.
  • Promote digital awareness by exploring and educating clients on alternative digital channels of delivery, products, and services.
  • Focus on accuracy and attention to detail by performing accurate transactions, maintenance for clients, account opening, and consumer lending at a high level.
  • Seek professional development opportunities by enthusiastically seeking training and taking advantage of progressing through the levels of universal associate training and beyond.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required, with related experience and secondary education preferred.
  • A criminal background check will be conducted, and obtainment of a Unique Identifier from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents, possess professional communication and interpersonal skills, and utilize telephone systems and digital literacy.
