Job Summary

Bonus Eligible

Responsible for supporting all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation, to deliver a return on investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in leading the team in developing and implementing property-wide strategies.
  • Verify the implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Build relationships with key customers and participate in the sales process.
  • Manage the operational and financial aspects of the property, including finance and accounting functions.
  • Support the management and development of departmental teams, including scheduling, coaching, and counseling.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain current licenses and permits.
  • Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related professional area.
