Job Title: Regional Facility Maintenance Manager

Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our 11 facilities in Orange County and San Diego. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clubs, providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all jobs are performed with excellence and efficiency
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of the facility to identify repair/service needs and maintain the club's Maintenance Log
  • Partner with General Managers to discuss club maintenance needs and timelines for repairs
  • Maintain or oversee outside service provider maintenance of hydro beds, tanning booths, and other equipment
  • Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment as needed
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, including upkeep of associated logs and history files
  • Perform monthly OSHA safety checks and model all OSHA, company, and Facilities department safety guidelines
  • Interact with members while on the floor to enhance their club experience
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • General knowledge of HVAC and/or electrical equipment
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
  • General understanding of computer skills, including email, Excel, and digital maintenance logs
  • Previous experience in health club maintenance preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • CPR/AED certification
