Job Title: Unified Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Communications Specialist to join our team at Reid Health. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Cisco Call Manager
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure integration with other systems and tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT staff
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in communication technologies
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing and monitoring Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations
  • Significant and successful experience supporting various unified communications solutions and implementation
  • Working experience with hardware and software systems including on-premise data center with Cisco, Dell, Dell/EMC, DNS, DHCP, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix, VMware, Linux, Unix, and/or Windows environments, LAN/WAN/SDN, MS Teams, UCaaS technologies as well as cloud providers
