Unified Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Specialist to manage and monitor our Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Cisco Call Manager and experience in managing and monitoring it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the company's Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Cisco Call Manager.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure that Cisco Call Manager is integrated with other systems and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior IT staff.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in communication technologies.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in managing and monitoring Cisco Call Manager Systems and integrations.
- Significant and successful experience supporting various unified communications solutions and implementation.
- Working experience with hardware and software systems including on premise data center with Cisco, Dell, Dell / EMC, network protocols such as H.323, SIP, DHCP, DNS, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix NetScaler, VMware, Linux, Unix, and/or Windows environments, LAN/WAN/SDN, technologies as well as cloud providers is preferred.
