Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef in managing kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and maintain a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among kitchen staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor and control food costs, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
- Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques, menu knowledge, and customer service.

Requirements:
- Culinary degree or certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, with supervisory kitchen experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, practices, and food safety; ServSafe certifications a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50lbs, and work well in a fast-paced environment.
