Job Description

As a Retail Operations Program Manager at Aditi Consulting, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple field programs that support the team's activities, providing a roadmap of all upcoming initiatives, forecasting of funds, and performance analysis for a field team of over 600+ associates.

As a complex organization, the Retail Operations Program Manager will play a key role in facilitating alignment amongst cross-functional teams and direction to 3rd party vendors. You will collaborate with all retail Account Channels, Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Technology, Service, Finance, HR, Field, and the Strategy team. You will gather insights and execute initiatives that improve upon existing field processes and ultimately align to the broader company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage 3PL Vendor Relationship: Oversee weekly meetings, forecasting, and funding, process determination, performance analysis, and quarterly business reviews with 3PL vendors.
  • Manage Field Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies, execute sales initiatives, and design rewards programs for field sales teams.
  • Manage Marketing Field Programs: Oversee marketing field programs from creative development to printing, ensuring effective execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Support Field Mapping Process: Ensure systematic support for all field coverage by providing guidance on field mapping processes.
  • Provide Executive-Level Updates: Provide weekly updates to executives on all programs, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Develop Standard Operating Processes: Create step-by-step Standard Operating Processes for all field programs, including training and quarterly business reviews.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant operations experience required.
  • 3+ years' experience in retail operations, communications, sales driving initiatives, vendor management, field support with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areas.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience working with third-party accounts and corporate operations teams.
  • Strength in working cross-functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment, and leading project work within a large dynamic team.
  • Adaptability to move at the pace of retail and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and FB Workplace.
  • Outstanding written and communication skills, time management, and organization skills.
