Restaurant Operations Manager

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant. This includes teaching, training, and leading all Team Members, as well as working with the entire management staff to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities include coaching, counseling, and developing Team Members to maximize sales and profitability, control expenses, meet budgetary constraints, handle Guest complaints, and ensure sanitation, safety, and food quality.

The goal is to accelerate business development by providing an innovative and entertaining dining experience that compels Guests to become raving fans and creates brand loyalty.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of management experience at Ford's Garage, Yeoman's Cask and Lion, or another restaurant concept. Food Safety certification is also required, as is basic computer usage skills and the ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions.
