Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Lourdes Health Network. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide direct supervision of patients and implement treatment plans as directed by the Charge RN.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional interpersonal customer service to patients, families, and colleagues
Implement treatment plans as directed by the Charge RN
Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
Education: Associate of Arts (AA) or Bachelor's of Science (BS) or Arts (BA) or Social Work (BSW) Degree in social service/behavioral science
Experience: Preferred: Minimum one (1) year mental health experience
Certification: Required within 30 days of hire date: Washington State Department of Health Registered or Licensed Counselor in Mental Health or Social Work
Other: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred
