Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Parts Clerk to join our team at Bimbo Bakeries USA. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and clean Parts Inventory System. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all parts are ordered and received in a timely manner, and that inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain a safe, organized, and clean Parts Inventory System
* Order all parts for inventory in a timely manner and receive them
* Count and catalog material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records
* Provide support to the maintenance department by processing all paperwork, creating/running reports, and tracking parts usage
* Compare inventories to office records or compute figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices to obtain current inventory

Requirements

* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
* 1+ years of experience with ordering and/or purchasing, preferably within MRO or maintenance
* 1+ years of experience in inventory and parts-room management
* Ability to lift 50 lbs
