Job Title: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for configuring and building new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce platform using custom objects, task flows, validation rules, APEX classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce.

You will design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL code, including stored procedures, batch programs, and scheduling them via Control M. You will also follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards, creating design and tech docs, participating/leading walk-throughs/demos, and reviews with the team.

Additionally, you will administer and maintain CRM applications and nightly batch jobs support. You will work closely with the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and Salesforce certification
  • Minimum 4 years of experience configuring and building Salesforce solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge in the Salesforce platform
  • Extensive development experience in custom development with Lightning Component framework
  • Extensive experience with Apex development and Visualforce Page development
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices
  • Highly skilled in building custom integrations on the Salesforce platform
  • Good understanding of RDBMS with PL/SQL programming experience preferred
  • Experienced in batch scripting preferred
  • Hands-on knowledge of web development skills in HTML, JQuery, CSS preferred
  • Working knowledge of web services development using REST API, SOAP services, etc.
  • Past Siebel CRM development experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex PL/SQL code
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly Oracle
  • Good experience in batch programming and error handling
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
Location and Benefits

Location: Hybrid either in Seattle, WA or Miami, FL, any one of the locations

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $75K-85K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
