Key Responsibilities:
  • Own all aspects of architecture, end-to-end design, development, security, design/development best practices, integration, and deployment (CI/CD), release architecture, and automation regression testing.
  • Build solutions in Salesforce.com leveraging Force.com, APEX, Lightning Web Components, Web Services, and APIs.
  • Provide expertise and recommendation on when to use configuration vs. code vs. off-the-shelf products.
  • Support cross-system integrations across native Salesforce ecosystem, as well as other cloud technologies including AWS.
  • Partner with product owners to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value.
  • Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architected solutions that best use the Salesforce platform and products.
  • Analyze Salesforce tech debt, propose design, and implement solutions.
  • Function as tech lead to drive end-to-end projects.
About the Role:

You will work on a cross-functional team of Salesforce practitioners and product stakeholders that owns the end-to-end user experience for a key application in the Advertising organization fleet of tools. You will partner with business users to refine requirements and work with your team members to design and implement new features.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 5+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience leading the design, build, and deployment of complex and performant (reliable and scalable) software solutions in production.
  • Experience building tools for building, testing, releasing, or monitoring.
  • 8+ years of hands-on engineering experience on the Force.com platform.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex, and Salesforce APIs at a large organization.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce point-and-click configuration using flows, validation rules, setup, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards at a large organization.
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.
  • Experience writing technical documents, project plans, and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and operations experience.
  • Demonstrated success in managing mission-critical production instances, combining a proactive mindset to preemptively identify and address potential issues, while effectively prioritizing and resolving bugs and defects reported from the production environment based on their impact.
  • In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce CRM application architecture coupled with a good understanding around the business processes (Customer Service).
  • Familiarity with Amazon's security certification processes (Amazon Security Review / Anvil, Kale).
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer (DEV-401) Certification or equivalent experience.
  • Verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
