Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer at Insight Global, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions using custom objects, task flows, validation rules, APEX classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce. You will work closely with the team to create design and technical documentation, participate in walk-throughs, demos, and reviews, and administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Salesforce solutions using custom objects, task flows, validation rules, APEX classes, Lightning components, and Visualforce.
Create design and technical documentation, and participate in walk-throughs, demos, and reviews with the team.
Administer and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring its smooth operation and maintenance.
Provide support for CRM applications and nightly batch jobs.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience configuring and building Salesforce solutions.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration & maintenance.
Extensive development experience in custom development with Lightning Component framework.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
Highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform.
Good understanding of RDBMS with PL/SQL programming experience preferred.
Experienced in batch scripting preferred and error handling.
Hands on knowledge of web development skills in HTML, JQuery, CSS preferred.
Working knowledge of web services development using restAPI, SOAP services, etc.
Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex PL/SQL code.
Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly Oracle.
