As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and providing insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor budget variances and provide financial performance insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting systems or software as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to gather financial information and provide financial guidance.
  • Communicate financial insights and trends to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to management.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or 2-4 years of experience in A/P or accounting.
  • Technical knowledge of accounting regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong computer skills, including accounting databases, Excel, and other software.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
