**Job Overview**

Stellar Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Proyecto Experto Arcilla (Expert Project Coordinator for Ceramic Coatings). This role will be responsible for coordinating and implementing development projects with a focus on coatings, working closely with our team of experts to drive innovation and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and implement development projects with a focus on coatings, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop and improve coatings, leveraging expertise in ceramic process technology and thermal processes.
  • Conduct on-site test trials and measurements to evaluate the performance of coatings and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff, focusing on clay expert training and operator training.
  • Support the development of coatings through plant and lab trials at our Technical Center.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and exhibitions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with Group BMI Engineering to ensure seamless integration of coatings development with our overall business strategy.
  • Support our Innovation Process by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in areas such as ceramic process technology, electrical engineering, or similar.
  • Relevant professional experience in the ceramic industry, with a strong understanding of ceramic process technology and thermal processes.
  • Proficiency in English and IT skills, with experience using Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
