Proyecto Especialista en Cerámica

Stellar Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Proyecto Especialista to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing development projects with a focus on coatings.

• Develop and implement coatings projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
• Conduct on-site test trials and measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of coatings.
• Perform calculations to evaluate the economic efficiency and payback of coatings projects.
• Provide training to staff on coatings technology and best practices.
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop new coatings and improve existing ones.
• Conduct plant and lab trials at our Technical Center to test and refine coatings.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and exhibitions to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
• Work closely with our Group BMI Engineering team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support our Innovation Process by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new ideas.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as ceramic process technology, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience in the ceramic industry, with a strong understanding of ceramic process technology and thermal processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and IT skills, including Google Workspace.
