Job Summary
The Assistant Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager in overseeing project activities, documenting progress, and reporting to stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of work scope packages and change order estimating.
- Support project tracking and quality control efforts.
- Document and facilitate problem-solving using the RFI system.
- Prepare subcontractor bid packages, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in Timberline project financial software preferred.
