Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant - PRN to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services as necessary to meet patients' needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Assist with light laundry needs, prepare nutritious meals, and assist with self-administered medications as allowed by state regulations.
  • Monitor patients' condition and report any changes or concerns to the Case Manager.
  • Participate in quality assessment performance improvement teams and activities.

Requirements:

  • Meet the training requirements of the State, including 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training.
  • Have a minimum of six months experience providing personal care.
  • Be at least 18 years old, able to read and follow written instructions, and document care given.
  • Possess current CPR certification, demonstrate tact, patience, and good personal hygiene.
  • Successfully complete a probationary period, demonstrating competence in required skills and qualifications.

Estimated Salary: $25-$30 per hour
