Job Description

Rosen Hyundai of Kenosha is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our growing team as an Automotive Sales Associate. We are committed to meeting the needs and requirements of our customers, and we rely on our team members to work together to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through the complete buying process, supported by established selling steps, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge around vehicle features.
  • Demonstrate operation of vehicles in the showroom and via test drives.
  • Provide new vehicles to customers through the established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term clientele.
  • Develop a prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments.
  • Closing deals.

Qualifications:

  • We are looking for individuals who care about treating customers well and who value honesty and integrity.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience required.
  • Automotive sales background.
  • Knowledge of new vehicle technologies and mechanical operations.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required and clean driving record.
