Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce casino regulations and adhere to federal, state, and local laws.
  • Supervise the handling and transfer of monetary transactions within the casino.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections of designated areas to identify safety hazards and security breaches.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and conducting interviews as necessary.
  • Maintain a visible presence to guests and employees, fostering a sense of security and addressing inquiries.
  • Monitor for suspicious activity, particularly in restricted areas.
  • Enforce trespassing policies at management's discretion.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns when appropriate.
  • Provide assistance and escorts to guests and team members as needed.
  • Contribute to marketing data collection efforts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess prior experience in guest services, with a preference for backgrounds in law enforcement, security operations, or military service. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and produce clear, factual reports. Candidates must be capable of thriving in a dynamic and occasionally high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
