Metal Fabrication Specialist

Position: Welder

• 1st shift 7:30am-4:00pm M-F
• Compensation: per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to production directives, preparing components and welding parts into complete assemblies.
• Perform welding tasks in line with the company's established protocols and documentation, ensuring compliance with specified quality benchmarks.
• Suggest innovative techniques, processes, or tools to enhance productivity and/or quality.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in welding certifications as per ASME standards.
• Capability to interpret and implement WPS, along with reading technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience in Mig/Tig welding on Carbon Steel.
• Familiarity with blueprint interpretation.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in welding and fabrication processes (cutting, punching, grinding).
• Experience in welding pipes or pressure vessels/tanks.

This role is based entirely on-site.

• Well-maintained, organized, and comfortable workspace.
• Involves working in a welding and machine shop.
